★ Rights of the Artist ★The artist has the right to decline a commission.The artist retains copyright of the works and all preliminary works (sketches, drafts, studies, etc.). Misuse, reselling, or theft by anyone is strictly prohibited.No NFT or AI use or else.The artist may use finished commissions to feature in their portfolio and social media unless requested otherwise by the client beforehand.★ Rights of the Client ★The artist will never share any personal information provided by the client outside of the agreement.Upon receipt of the full payment, the client has the right to personal use of the work with proper credits to the artist.★ Pricing ★Each commission type has a base price. Final price will vary based on the style and additional features the client requests.A quote will be sent to the client containing the breakdown of the fees.
> The client is free and highly encouraged to verify the correctness of the final price before payment.Prices agreed and signed upon will not change in the duration of the project.★ Payment ★Accepted currencies are USD (US Dollars) and PHP (Philippine Peso)Accepted payment channels are:
> International: PayPal
> Philippines: GCash, Maya2 payment schemes are available:
a.) 100% = pay full price upfront
b.) 50-50 = pay 50% of total price on agreement, then remaining balance on completing commission
> Client is required to pay remaining balance to receive non-watermarked and original quality deliverables★ Commercial Use ★Commercial use = +50% of the total price.i.e. printed products (posters, packaging, flyers, postcards, etc.), online promotions (social media content), and merchandise (t-shirts, bags, stickers, keychains, acrylic stands, etc.) to sellPlease consult the artist if unsure.★ Refunds & Cancellation ★No refunds after 50% completion of projectFull refunds are available when:
> Artist has not made any progress within the full duration of the delivery time stated in the agreement
> Artist cannot finish the commission for emergency reasons

Artist contacts client, discusses final price, deadlines, accepts/rejects commission
2 Commission Approved
Artist sends a quote and agreement form to client
Client signs agreement and pays initial payment
3 In Progress
Artist starts an initial draft/sketch, sends to client
Artist sends updates on 10%, 50% & 90% completion
Client receives watermarked version of the final product
4 Revisions
Artist works on revisions
5 Finishing Up
Client pays any remaining balance
Artist sends non-watermarked and original quality deliverables★ Communication & Delivery ★Communication will be done through email or Discord.Deliverables will be uploaded to an accessible Google Drive.Only watermarked, low quality versions of the commission is provided until the client settles any remaining balance.★ Deadlines ★Deadlines are set on the agreement form and starts when the artist receives the initial payment.If initial payment is not made in a considerably long time, the artist will forfeit the commission.★ Revisions ★2 major revisions are allowed free of charge. Additional revisions after are charged +10% of the total commission price. Minor revisions are always free of charge.> Major revisions = poses, overall composition and layout, major additions like characters or environment, etc.
> Minor revisions = changes that can be made within 10 to 20 minutes
